Position Summary:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Presthera, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential new business opportunities within the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, generating interest in our medical supply products and services, and scheduling meetings with decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers within the healthcare market.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns.
- Schedule meetings between potential customers and sales representatives.
- Accurately update CRM with call notes, activity reports, and meeting outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- A positive and energetic attitude.
