MalaceHR is seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Manager to work at new automotive manufacturing site in Jeffersonville, OH.

As the Maintenance Manager you oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery our maintenance services. Utilizing our Best Systems, you interact with customer contacts involved in maintenance and production daily, ensuring all tasks and activities are accomplished safely with the highest level of quality. You achieve the Best Results by engaging our team daily and challenging the status quo. Your leadership style is authentic, you see potential issues and deliver timely solutions so our clients can focus on their core business with the confidence that we have their back.

$120-150k, based on experience

  • Ability to use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems.
  • Proficient with CMMS.
  • Experience with financial input and cost management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.
  • Demonstrated leader in safety metrics and team involvement in safety processes.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong background in facility maintenance, metal fabrication and welding, painting, and floor repair, Preventative and predictive maintenance, process equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Has in-depth knowledge of standard processes, high levels of operational judgment and technical knowledge.
