Job Summary

Responsibilities: 

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels  
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the Data Insight Platform and other services to prospective clients and tailor pitches to meet their specific requirements 
  • Meet sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and profitability for the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, management, and marketing to develop and implement strategies to increase sales effectiveness and market penetration.  
  • Represent RLG at client and industry events to raise brand profile and service proposition.  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software  
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings to enhance your sales approach.  
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and/or workshops to continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills.  
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer preferences and market trends. 
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and satisfaction.  

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sustainability, or a related field.  
  • 2- 5 years of proven work experience as an Inside Sales Representative or similar sales role is preferred but not required. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain lasting customer relationships. 
  • Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using various digital communication tools. 
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies, with a focus on consultative selling.  
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industry developments. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Location : 

  • The position is hybrid and must be able to be in our Iselin, New Jersey office for part of the work week. Relocation assistance is not provided.
