POSITION: Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales for a team of outside sales representatives. We’re searching for an individual who embodies and lives out our culture and core values while optimizing daily activities and the performance of the business across the board.


Job Responsibilities:


● Assign incoming canvassing leads to members of your sales unit.


● Communicate with canvass and field service technicians on how and where to maximize

opportunities for leads.


● Communicate with outside sales representatives on the scope of work to be estimated.


● Create detailed line item estimates for customers based on the scope of work provided.


● Create renderings of exterior projects to aid customers in their selections.


● Communicate and follow up with customers throughout the sales process after their initial meeting with outside sales representatives.


● Create detailed spec sheets and contracts for customer signature.


● Turn contracts, spec sheets, and scope of work maps into the production team


● Work with insurance companies and third-party supplementers on supplementing claims to necessary contract amounts.


● Set follow-up appointments for outside sales representatives with homeowners, adjusters, etc.


● Input lead distribution information into the tracking system


● Monitor KPIs of outside sales members and communicate outliers with the sales manager


● Conduct team meetings with outside sales representatives


● Follow up with customers to procure referrals and reviews

HOFFMAN/WEBER CONSTRUCTION, INC. COMMISSION SCHEDULE

  • Employees will be paid a commission advance (draw) of $2769.23 on a bi-weekly basis, with 2% of all POD sales going against the commission advance (draw). Upon the advance (draw) being paid in full, the employee will receive a full commission of the commission split (2%).
  • *Employee will earn any open commissions outside of the advance that were sold outside of the POD.
  • **Upon a year of job completion no commission review will be warranted and/or paid. Any job that ends up in legal will be up to management discretion on final commissions.
