Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, including scenario analysis and variance analysis.
  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and support decision-making processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial reporting. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) are required.
  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of financial analysis and reporting.
