As a Wireless Sales Representative, you'll get to know our communication technology inside and out. You'll be the one everyone else looks to when it comes to what's next in wireless and technology solutions. It's good to be the expert.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of the sales process: completing customer contracts, accepting bill payments, fulfilling warranty replacements, and all administrative aspects related to the sale
  • Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
  • Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assistance for all products and services offered
  • Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and services
  • Customer outreach
  • Maintain proper store operations

Job Requirements
  • Must be 18yrs old
  • Some retail customer service experience
  • Works well with others in a competitive, friendly, team environment
  • Using competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
  • Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime

Desired Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years of commission/incentive-based retail sales experience
