Position: Medical and Dental Sales Representative
About Our Client:
A prominent organization specializing in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of Medical, Dental & Veterinary X-ray devices. This company has established itself as a leader in the C-Arm industry in South Korea and continues to excel in this market.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to target both new and existing clients through company leads, addressing current business needs and future opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients and distributors.
- Lead and manage the sales representative team to achieve set objectives.
- Ensure effective distribution of products to clients.
- Actively participate in Sales and Marketing initiatives and collaborate with team members on business plans.
- Organize and/or facilitate sales, marketing, and training meetings as necessary. Attend all mandatory meetings, events, and conventions.
- Travel to business meetings, seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer sites as required. International travel may be necessary depending on assignments.
- Analyze and interpret industry market trends, competition, and products that may influence sales strategies, communicating relevant insights to senior management and other departments.
- Manage logistics responsibilities, including shipping labels, freight quotations, and shipping processes.
- Maintain up-to-date sales data by importing new information, updating records, and conducting necessary crosschecks.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (Required)
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience in B2B, preferably within the medical or imaging equipment sector.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn advanced medical technology.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of organizing documents and maintaining a tidy workspace while fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
- Proficient in computer and Microsoft software applications.
- Familiarity with sales customer software (such as CRM).
- Willingness to travel within the U.S., Central and South America.
- Bilingual in English and Korean (Required).
