Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking residential glass solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with our skilled glass installation technicians to ensure seamless scheduling and accurate quotations for glass installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the representative of Lee & Cates Glass, providing a professional and friendly interface for customers.
  • Deliver expert knowledge regarding our diverse range of glass products and services.
  • Manage the entry of work orders, purchase orders, and invoices efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Follow up on quotes and assist in scheduling jobs effectively.
  • Oversee collections and address any customer issues with a focus on resolution.
  • Engage in sales activities to promote our offerings.
