Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking residential glass products and services. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with our skilled glass installation technicians to ensure timely scheduling and accurate quotes for installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the representative of Lee & Cates Glass, serving as the initial contact for customers.
- Provide detailed and knowledgeable information regarding our range of products and services.
- Process work orders, purchase orders, and invoices efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Follow up on quotes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule jobs and manage collections effectively.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
- Engage in sales activities to promote our offerings.

Employment Details
This is a full-time position with benefits including paid holidays, vacation time, and a 401k plan with matching contributions. Compensation is set at $22.00 per hour.
