We are currently hiring a Product Specialist in our Chicago office


Job Summary:

The primary role of our Product Specialists is to support and train customers on all functional aspects of all CQG products and services. This role involves direct customer and prospect interaction involving a high level of software knowledge as well as a keen interest in financial markets. This role works closely with and alongside the objectives of both the Sales and Support teams at CQG.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive, courteous, and efficient customer service via telephone, web inquiries, and at the customer site
  • Provide education and training to customers on all aspects of CQG products, including market data, technical analysis and trade routing interfaces possibly on site
  • Utilize and maintain Customer Management Database software
  • Provide link between customer and Data Quality/ Product Development in relation to product issues


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work with people
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with using CQG Integrated Client Software or similar


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Trading Experience
  • Advanced understanding of Financial Markets
  • Bachelor’s in related field preferred


Working Conditions:

The position is based in the Chicago office and requires regular office hours.
