Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard corporate assets.
  • Lead the integration of financial systems and processes post-acquisition.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing corporate finance team.
  • Ensure all operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Oversee documentation, contracts, and paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive dealership, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive finance, sales, and dealership operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with dealership management software CDK and CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or related field.
  • Certification in automotive finance or dealership management.
