We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance our quality management system
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA and ISO 13485
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues
- Provide training and guidance to quality personnel on quality system procedures and regulations
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related or technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Proven experience in quality management, including process improvement and compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of quality system regulations, including ISO 13485
- Six Sigma green or black belt certification
- Experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality management software and tools
