Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description – With excellent social media marketing skills and working closely with the Leasing Director and VP of Asset management, the Marketing Analyst and Coordinator will identify specific social media marketing techniques, platforms, and programs that can be applied to the small suite marketing program. The Marketing Analyst and Coordinator will also develop a plan for creating and executing on the approved platforms and programs. The Marketing Analyst and Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Creating an Instagram page promoting and advertising small suite spaces – development of content and manage updates
  • Post spaces on Facebook, Craigslist, LoopNet, Co-Star, Crexi, Commercial Edge, and AIR/Catalyst
  • Explore Google Ads and other methods for the building to appear high in the rankings when small office spaces are searched in the San Francisco Financial District
  • Create specific marketing flyers for small suites using Adobe and Canva
  • Update the building websites to include small suites and amenities
  • Research target audience and create prospective target client lists to include but not limited to psychology and therapy practices, small law firm and accounting firms, tech start-ups and small businesses that are good fit for small office suites
  • Develop a list of local medical buildings that the Leasing Manager can use to cold call prospective tenants (especially that house psychologists or therapists)
  • Develop new target client and marketing ideas and present them to the Leasing Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Currently attending or recent graduate from college or a graduate degree program
  • Marketing degree, concentration, or marketing courses
  • Interest in commercial real estate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Google Ad Words and Analytics experience
  • Instagram, Facebook, and Google/YouTube content development experience
  • Effective collaborator
  • Strategic thinker
  • Experience or coursework in marketing
  • Strong technology and computer skills
  • Organized, detail oriented, able to work with shifting priorities and multiple teams
  • Produce accurate, high-quality work product
  • Highest degree of integrity
