CityParking Inc. is a parking operator based in Richmond, Virginia. Our services include management of daily and monthly parking, event parking, maintenance, and enforcement. We achieve our goals by making parking easy and approachable. Our team members are ambitious and goal-oriented while always being compassionate towards our customers and co-workers.


Job Description

  • Generates invoices in our bookkeeping system.
  • Assists with customer communications via phone, email or messaging
  • Onboards new customers
  • Reviews customer accounts for accuracy and issues.
  • Processes customer payments
  • Sends regular payment reminders and account statements.
  • Assists in the collection of past due balances
  • Assists with Leadership Team on projects as needed


Qualifications

  • Learn and maintain knowledge of company bookkeeping policies.
  • High level of organization and demonstrate ability to initiate past-due collections processes for accounts
  • Professional level of customer service
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of reports
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills


Experience

  • Associate's degree, certification or training in accounting and billing, especially Quickbooks
  • Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
