Summary


The Digital Transformation Strategist owns the beginning of each digital technology initiative and ultimately leads the vendor selection process through RFPs and demos. This position is the liaison between business leaders and digital technology to guide the business and ensure the right tools are selected to promote SPI’s growth and continuous improvement. The strengths of this position include an understanding of an interconnected digital ecosystem, such as ERP, eCommerce, PIM, CRM, data warehouse, and other emerging digital technologies.



Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


· Work in partnership with business leaders for ideation, research, requirements gathering, and integration points for digital technology projects

· Create internal personas, user stories, and use cases relevant to projects

· Organizes and leads the vendor selection process through RFP creation and demos

· Guides business leaders through the product selection decision-making process

· Initiate change management and serve as project champion

· Facilitates adoption post project launch by holding 30-60-90 day meetings


Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge


· Degree in web technologies or related field.

· 5-7 years of experience in digital technologies

· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful projects from conception to launch.

· Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.

· Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and tactics.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

· Results-oriented mindset, focusing on driving measurable outcomes and delivering business impact.
