Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist I - Digital Transformation to join our team at Computer Task Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, preference, demand, and revenue growth in the market
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute metrics-driven marketing activities
  • Deliver business growth through the development and execution of Integrated Marketing Plans (IMPs)
  • Develop strategic campaigns for customer-facing events and digital lead generation efforts
  • Drive conversion of leads into opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, market development, and product line management to uncover potential opportunities
  • Coordinate growth initiatives to establish brand awareness, preference, loyalty, and drive incremental revenue growth
  • Project manage the execution of all marketing campaigns and content creation
  • Serve as a segment marketing expert, understanding the market segment and associated applications and solutions
  • Develop segment expertise through engagement with market peers
  • Lead all aspects of the product launch/commercialization process, supporting marketing strategy creation and lead execution
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns to support lead generation, account-based marketing campaigns, and product commercialization
  • Provide marketing thought leadership, defining value propositions and associated audience-appropriate messaging for focus markets
  • Develop relevant, technical, and business-driven content to market audience, driving customers into the buying journey cycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing or business-related area
  • Fluent English language is required
  • Digital experience, including social media management, email campaigns, web management, and SEO
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude, with the ability to learn about products and solutions
  • Establish direction and create commitment, creating segment marketing strategies in alignment with company priorities
  • Conflict management, reading situations quickly and stepping up to conflicts as opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to act independently and operate under minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to operate across various geographical or structural market segments
