Game Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:&
- Lead the Gaming POD, overseeing the development and execution of our mobile gaming products
- Write detailed product specifications and work closely with the design team to translate ideas into compelling user experiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Manage and nurture relationships with gaming partners, ensuring alignment with our product vision and goals
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, including writing and maintaining the Game Design Document (GDD)
- Implement and oversee the gamification of multiple modules throughout the app, enhancing user engagement and retention
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our gaming products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile gaming
- Ensure technical feasibility by understanding APIs, webhooks, postbacks, and other technical aspects, even though coding is not required
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters within the Gaming POD, communicating progress and updates to stakeholders

- At least 5 years of experience in product management within the mobile gaming industry
- Proven track record of designing and launching successful mobile games from 0 to 1
- Experience writing Game Design Documents (GDD) and managing the entire game development lifecycle, including monetization
- Strong understanding of mobile gaming mechanics, user engagement strategies, and monetization models
- Technical knowledge of APIs, webhooks, postbacks, and related technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming community and market trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. An advanced degree is a plus
