Job Details:

  • Title: HRIS Analyst/HR Generalist
  • Type: Contract

  • Rate: $28-33/hr, depending on experience

Candidate profile and qualifications

  • Experience in strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working with complex people data sets, competency model development, presentations, identifying critical positions within an organization, etc.
    • Experience working with people analytics, creating reports, evaluating individual and organizational development needs
    • Experience developing briefings on staff assessment, demand/needs assessment, and workforce analysis results and implications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Microsoft Projects + Power BI capabilities are a plus.
  • Soft Skills: high attention to detail, analytical, strong problem solving skills
  • Education: BA/BS preferred

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing Human Resources (HR) data
  • Creating reports and briefing materials, and making recommendations to HR leadership.
  • Analyzing organization and business unit staff composition, talent trends, and capability needs.
  • Facilitating workforce planning, employee competency, and succession discussions, and lead related projects.
