What you’ll do:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our expanding Growth Team. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude and excel at articulating the compelling value that Jackrabbit Care offers to potential clients and proven success in the Child Care industry.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify and target potential clients within the childcare center, preschool, and after-school program industry.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through research, networking, and outreach.
    • Collaborate closely with Jackrabbit Sales Development Representatives.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and objectives.
    • Influence clients to purchase based on compelling value propositions
  • Solution Presentation:
    • Present Jackrabbit Care’s software solutions to clients, demonstrating how our products can meet their specific needs.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and webinars to showcase features and benefits.
  • Sales Process Management:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
    • Work with Jackrabbit Product Marketing to ensure all sales collateral is up to date and accurate.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasts.


What you’re about:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the childcare center (preschool, afterschool, daycare, etc.) market and its unique needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable and effective working in a fully remote environment.
