Structured Products Team

The Structured Products Team operates within the Investor Partners Group ("IPG") and is tasked with managing all debt and equity strategies and placements for the Firm.

This team is instrumental in structuring and placing a diverse range of debt solutions that support our Direct Lending, Broadly Syndicated Loan, and Credit Opportunities sectors.

To date, the Structured Products Team has successfully executed 103 securitization vehicles, amassing over $57 billion in notional value.

Furthermore, the team oversees more than $20 billion in debt commitments across various secured bank lines, corporate revolvers, and capital call lines of credit.

With a proven track record of excellence in execution and innovation within the debt capital markets, the team collaborates with external banks and investors while maintaining close alignment with front, middle, and back office functions to deliver timely and efficient debt solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

The Analyst will assist the Structured Products Department in the arrangement of lending facilities, securitization financing transactions, CLOs, total return swaps, capital call lines, debt facilities, and the issuance of senior unsecured bonds.


Specific duties include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting the structuring and negotiation of securitization financing and related transactions, including collateralized loan obligations and lending facilities.
  • Assisting with ancillary documentation such as offering circulars and indentures.
  • Managing internal borrowing transactions, including external and internal credit facilities and capital call lines.
  • Coordinating with Treasury and Operations to ensure seamless pricing and closing of all CLO transactions and bank lines.
  • Modeling deal capital structures and generating cash flow projections using Excel, Intex, Moody's, and WSAD.
  • Conducting monthly and quarterly internal reporting.
  • Participating in CLO debt investor management and fulfilling investor requests as necessary.
  • Preparing comprehensive presentations and historical analyses for marketing CLO debt and equity to potential investors.
  • Researching and developing innovative product ideas related to new and existing business initiatives.
Candidate Profile:

Qualifications & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 1 year of experience at a leading investment bank or asset management firm is preferred.
Experience in financial transaction modeling is advantageous.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java) is a plus.
A self-starter with strong project management capabilities is essential.
Attention to detail is critical; candidates must be meticulous and consistently accurate.
Ability to learn quickly and contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation is necessary.
Team-oriented with a focus on building relationships and earning respect from colleagues.
Strong analytical reasoning skills are required.
