Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, including conferences, seminars, and corporate gatherings.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as venue booking, catering, and transportation.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Support event marketing efforts by creating promotional materials and managing event-related communications.
  • Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in on-site event management, including setup, registration, and teardown.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from events to identify areas for improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
