The Culinary Event Specialist collaborates with the kitchen team to design and implement event menus, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

We seek individuals who demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. The Culinary Event Specialist reports directly to the Catering Supervisor on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with a team of chefs to manage both small and large-scale events, primarily during weekends.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting, serving guests and orchestrating special events.
- Assist with food preparation at our central kitchen as needed.

Qualifications:

- A passion for crafting exceptional cuisine and executing memorable events.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation methods and safety protocols, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a scratch kitchen environment.
- Energetic self-starter with a keen eye for detail, capable of prioritizing tasks, multitasking, and meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently on complex tasks.
- Team-oriented individual with a positive attitude towards change.
- Proficient and professional communication skills in English are required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Physical capability to lift and move an average of 50 pounds.
- Must possess the skills to cut meat and perform flambé techniques.
