Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage audio-visual production for high-profile corporate gatherings from initial design through to event execution, including client consultations to assess requirements, budget management, and vendor coordination.
  • Develop floor plans, design stage setups, and liaise with venues for both internal and external event logistics.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event meetings with clients and relevant departments to ensure all details are confirmed.
  • Oversee the planning process and ensure client deadlines are met for smooth event execution.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, warehouse, marketing, sales, and project management teams.
  • Work with the Production Manager to ensure adequate staffing for production events.
  • Participate in design reviews with internal teams, clients, and consultants.
  • Supervise and assist with event load-in and load-out processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison on-site for clients and technical teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Attend weekly meetings to provide updates on upcoming and past events as necessary.
  • Prepare and manage job costing to maintain cost efficiency.

Your Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in audio-visual project management within the event or hospitality sector.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for event planning.
  • Solid understanding of audio-visual production, including equipment knowledge and familiarity with the event industry.
  • Proficient in budget creation and comprehension of profit and loss statements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated management experience and natural leadership qualities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
  • Familiarity with Flex Software Program or the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Proficient with general office equipment.
  • A degree in Hospitality or relevant experience is preferred.
