Treasury Sales Officer

General Responsibilities / Job Summary:
Treasury Sales Officers identify, establish and grow relationships with prospects and existing clients to onboard and train clients with the bank’s Treasury Management Services and are the point of contact for all treasury management related issues or questions. The Treasury Sales Officer is the liaison between the customer, the lending team, and deposit operations. The Treasury Sales Officer gathers information for appropriate approvals, client agreements, and documentation needed for initial setup and annual product reviews.
Essential Functions/Duties:

- The position requires the employee to possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn, while providing superior client services to all members of LINKBANK.
- Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems that clients have in the Treasure Management system.
- Train new clients on how to use the bank’s Treasury Management Services such as RDC, ACH, Wires, Positive Pay, Online Banking.
- Execute onboarding documentation to include Approvals, Price proposals, Agreements, Maintenance Forms
- Conduct sales calls with potential clients. Identify referral opportunities for lenders and solutions centers.
- Perform online banking demos for prospects and create and present treasury management proposals.
- Discuss Treasury Management Annual Reviews with Relationship Managers to determine pricing and adjust accordingly.
- Follow up phone calls and service request with clients to assure client satisfaction
- Facilitate account openings and gathering documents from clients
- Setting up CDARS/ICS clients accurately.
- Maintaining policies and procedures for the department. Facilitate the opening of complex depository products.
- Perform maintenance and order equipment for new and existing clients to include RDC machines, positive pay files, wire forms
- Updating TM Master List, Cash Management Feeds, and Sorter licenses.
- Completing Merchant Services and Credit Card Referrals
- Paying with RDC invoices
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors to resolve client issues
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in related field.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of Commercial Deposit and Loan Products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Phone Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Title and Escrow products, services, and policies.
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal relations.
- Knowledge of all principles, policies, and practices related to treasury services.
- Attention to detail and analytically driven.
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of Treasury Management experience. Commercial Loan and/or Deposit experience in banking or related field.
Required Certification/Licenses:
Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to all locations in the bank’s footprint as needed. Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
Physical and Mental Job Requirements:
- Technical and detailed analytical work on the computer.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing and deliver and receive information clearly, concisely and accurately.
- Must have the visual acuity required to work at a computer terminal.
- Must have the ability to perform activities such as prepare and analyze data and figures, view computer screen, extensive reading, and report preparation.
Working Conditions:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.
