Job Openings
CANVASSOR $18 hr. (16 hrs. a week) PLUS $25 a lead $100 for lead that turns into a signed contract. Quota for the week at least 5-10 contingency a week. Evenings from 430 to 7 will be door knocking. You work 4-7. Meet at the office to go out to an area with the sales manager.
Sales Rep/project manager option 1: managed schedule while building pipeline: $18 - $20 hr. plus commission.(20-30 hrs. a week) You shadow the sales manager or an experience salesman. Mornings will be set for classroom training or following up on your jobs. Afternoons 2-4 will be going to business and property managementcompanies. Evenings from 430 to 7 will be door knocking in the same area as your sale manager and canvassers. You work 11-7.Option 2: the freedom option: Pipeline has been started you are now fully commission and on your own bumped up to 20 - 35% commission of profit depending on if the job is self-generated, or company given lead. Your responsibility is running your own job and drumming up new business at the same time.
Sales Manager:$25 hr plus 2% over ride. You will be in charge of running the sales team and canvassers. you will be required to run training and be in the field with your team everyday. Start the day with a hour or two of training and game planing then out the door to door knock residential and business. You will have sales quotas that need to be met.
