This is a full-time, face-to-face, residential outside sales position offering base pay AND uncapped commission.

Eagle River Roofing specializes in assisting homeowners and business owners alike in roof restoration through the coverage provided to them via their homeowners insurances Eagle River's highly trained sales teams have gained a reputation as one of the most trusted roofing and restoration experts in the industry and, with over 25 years of experience in the field, deliver on their promise to provide their customers with a phenomenal roofing product without sacrificing their core customer service values.
Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Canvasser:
- Go door-to-door to homeowners looking to generate roofing leads within a territory provided to you
- Engage with homeowners and introduce Eagle River Roofing's expertise in roof restoration to prospective customers and offer free roof inspections
- Capture and submit relevant customer information for Eagle River Roofing's highly trained sales teams to further assist the customer in their roofing project
- An eagerness to get out and interact with homeowners, with more leads leading to higher earnings for yourself
- Friendly and outgoing with the ability to connect with others while having the ability to read and react to a homeowner accordingly
- A dynamic and results driven approach responsible for driving sales outside of the office environment
- A go-getter, hunter mentality where you want to be outside and in front of as many prospects as possible to take advantage of your unlimited earnings potential

What Sales Focus Has to Offer:
- A full time, W-2 role with a base pay AND an industry leading uncapped commission structure for those motivated to exceed their earnings expectations, with base pay and commissions paid bi-weekly
- A flexible Monday thru Friday work schedule, with weekend work available.

- 2 weeks of accrued, paid time off that you begin earning your first day in the role, as well as 10 paid holidays
