Schedule

  • This is a full-time position
  • Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with dental software a plus
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team
  • A cheerful attitude and a genuine smile are a must

Responsibilities Include

  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the office.
  • Manage patient appointments and maintain the office schedule to ensure efficient operations.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, providing information and scheduling appointments as needed
  • Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing and payment inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences
