Medical Staff Coordinator

Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join our team at a leading nonprofit organization in Oakland, CA. This is a hybrid, contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to turn into a permanent position.
About the Role: As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team. This includes managing patient intake, coordinating with healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in an administrative or customer service role. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, and proficiency with Salesforce or related software is a plus.
Benefits: This position offers an hourly pay rate of $25-27/hr, a monthly technology stipend, medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance, an employee assistance plan (EAP), and commuter and transit benefits for those who work 30 or more hours per week. An employee retirement plan is also available.
