National Marketing Manager, Leads Product

We are committed to developing solutions for our dealers to improve their sales and efficiency and are looking for a talented National Marketing Manager to drive a new product’s growth.
Job Summary: The National Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand and product awareness, develop targeting strategies, and grow our dealer network. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the auto finance industry, strong leadership skills, product management experience, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement national marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to build a network of subscribing dealers, including digital, print, social media, and through our field sales force.
- Brand Development: Enhance and maintain the company's brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and innovative marketing initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Product Management: identify product improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for implementation.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, financial institutions, and industry partners.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the auto finance industry.
- Established relationships with regional and national dealer groups.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns to franchise auto dealers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
