Position Overview:

We are in search of a Brand Marketing Associate who possesses robust strategic abilities, exceptional copywriting talent, and a data-oriented, analytical approach. This role involves crafting seasonal marketing narratives and strategies, executing campaigns that enhance revenue and customer interaction. Collaboration with the marketing, design, and ecommerce teams is essential to achieve our monthly targets regarding revenue, traffic, and conversions. The environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a quick learning curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop seasonal and monthly brand campaign calendars, including content and visual asset planning, in conjunction with Ecommerce Brand Specialists for promotions and site content.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of all campaign and customer-retention communications, including email, SMS, and direct mail marketing.
  • Maintain an understanding of overall inventory, category performance, and product sales.
  • Engage in copywriting for marketing narratives, email & SMS campaigns, and website content creation for homepage, landing pages, and collections.
  • Manage projects and ticket creation, including testing and quality assurance.
  • Uphold brand standards and voice across all marketing channels.
  • Present brand strategies and plans to supervisors and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate PR requests, images, samples, and content management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience, preferably within the fashion or beauty sector.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a self-directed, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Proficient in brand storytelling and conveying cohesive messaging across diverse marketing platforms.
  • Able and motivated to quickly acquire new technologies and enhance existing skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM and email marketing systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
