    • Lead, mentor, and manage field marketing managers in the DFW and WTX Markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Plan and Execute Events
    • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including trade shows, community events, home shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Develop and Refine Canvassing Strategies
    • Develop and refine canvassing strategies, including target market analysis, territory planning, and team training, to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of field marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Analyze and Report on Campaign Effectiveness
    • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of events and canvassing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage Budget and Resources
    • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for success, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies to meet or exceed goals.
  • Build and Maintain Partnerships

  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in Field Marketing
    • 7+ years of experience in field marketing, with a focus on events, retail and canvassing, preferably in the home improvement or building products industry.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing field marketing teams and programs.
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
