  • Lead and Manage Field Marketing Teams
    • Lead, mentor, and manage field marketing managers in the DFW and WTX Markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Plan and Execute Events
    • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including trade shows, community events, home shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Develop and Refine Canvassing Strategies
    • Develop and refine canvassing strategies, including target market analysis, territory planning, and team training, to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of field marketing efforts with broader marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
