Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager who possesses a wealth of experience in crafting and executing innovative marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be instrumental in propelling our brand forward and enhancing the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals.
2. Oversee all marketing channels, including digital and traditional platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
3. Manage campaigns targeted at our loyalty members, enhancing engagement and retention.
4. Cultivate strategic partnerships to amplify our marketing efforts and reach.
5. Administer the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
6. Collaborate with various teams to ensure unified marketing approaches.
7. Analyze campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior marketing capacity, demonstrating a successful track record.
- Experience in B2C marketing, particularly within physical retail environments.
- Proficiency in social media and SMS marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proven ability to manage marketing projects and budgets effectively.
- Experience in engaging and marketing to a substantial loyalty member database.
- Background in managing public relations and strategic partnerships.
- Skilled in creating and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and Active Campaign.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.

- Experience in sectors such as Airport Concessions, Retail, F&B, Ecommerce, or Hospitality.
