We are looking for Shift Leads.

Responsibilities:
  • Greets customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
  • Explains menus and makes recommendations if needed.
  • Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
  • Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
  • Follows established guidelines, procedures, and policies as prescribed by company standards
  • Ensures work areas are clean and equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
  • Provides exceptional dining service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner
  • Supports FOH & BOH staff
  • Supports management in maximizing daily sales and effectively managing costs, labor and cash control
  • Ensures health, safety and sanitation standards are maintained in compliance with the company policies and government regulations
  • Shift leads help management train and improve the standards of the PA employees
  • Assist with labor control and ensuring that hourly staff members take mandatory rest breaks in accordance with state and federal laws
  • Report all irregular issues and problems to management for solutions
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Key holding


Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and restaurant experience
  • Passionate to provide genuine hospitality
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain great enthusiasm
  • Be a team player with strong work ethics
  • Must be able to work weekends and holiday season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Key holding and shift lead experience
  • Assist management with variety of tasks
  • Must be available to work at least 4 shifts a week.
