Responsibilities
  • Assist in restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management
  • Execute and train excellent customer service standards
  • Enforce quality best practices and maintain high production and productivity standards
  • Organize and supervise shifts, maintain high energy, and develop high standards with staff
  • Forecast and maintain inventory to meet customer standards
  • Enforce compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
  • Control costs and represent the brand, maintaining quality of the Gyu Kaku Brand
  • Lead by example and assist in future development plans to accelerate productivity
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as lead server or restaurant manager
  • Demonstrated career experience in customer service management
  • Food and beverage knowledge
  • Minimum availability: 35-40 hours per week
  • Proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
  • Acute financial management skill
