  • Collaborate with team members and executives to create a robust operational strategy that fosters growth.
  • Achieve financial targets through effective management of resources, focusing on revenue and profitability.
  • Enhance operational systems and processes to maintain high standards of service and support ongoing growth.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between restaurant teams and support departments.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by upper management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a full-service, multi-unit restaurant environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a multi-unit restaurant setting.
  • Ability to implement initiatives that drive sales and profitability.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in inventory management and cost control.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and a track record of building successful teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution and team direction.
  • Experience managing budgets and implementing cost controls to enhance revenue.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor regulations.
Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
