- Maintain inventory levels in accordance with company guidelines.
- Accurately process daily and weekly invoices.
- Handle cash and credit transactions following company procedures.
- Keep precise records of all financial transactions.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Associate's degree or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is preferred.
- Availability to work 50 hours per week.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Aloha POS and MenuLinks systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Light physical activity may be required, including lifting up to 20 pounds and frequent bending or twisting.
