About the Role

We're in search of a dynamic Patient Experience Coordinator to join our clinical Operations team. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to influence the patient experience, collaborating with our dental specialists, as well as Ritual's product and technology teams. Nestled in the heart of iconic Tribeca, NY, our modern office serves as a canvas for creativity and collaboration. This is a full time role, and is in-person based in New York City.

Responsibilities

The Patient Experience Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring a seamless and excellent patient experience, from check in to check out and beyond. Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients and welcoming them to Ritual Dental
  • Ensuring patients have an excellent and seamless experience, from check in to check out
  • Communicating with patients via phone, email or via Ritual's messaging platform
  • Scheduling appointments & managing the calendar
  • Verifying patient insurance eligibility
  • Answering patients' questions & empowering with knowledge
  • Collecting payments & co pays
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and well organized front desk and patient waiting area
  • Providing detailed descriptions of dental treatments, services, and retail products provided at Ritual Dental
  • Present treatment plans to patients and discuss financial responsibility
Qualifications & SkillsMust Have
  • 2 or more years experience working in a Hospitality, Customer Service or Member Experience setting
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and some Saturdays
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in a tech enabled company
Pay, Perks & Benefits at Ritual

The salary for this position is $60,000. In addition to base compensation, full time employees are eligible to participate in our competitive benefits plans.
