Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Training Specialist to join our Care Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, creating and delivering training resources, and partnering with our Care Team Leads and management team to ensure exceptional patient and caregiver experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Care Coordination training to new and current team members on Care Team processes, systems, and policies
- Collaborate with the current Care Team Trainer to create a cohesive and streamlined training process
- Create and maintain training resources and materials adapted for best-in-class virtual and in-person trainings
- Partner with Care Team Leads and the management team to ensure the Care team is prepared to successfully address patient and caregiver needs
- Monitor training effectiveness and progress of Care Coordinators
- Regularly assess training content and materials; provide feedback on potential skill gaps to Care team Leads and the management team to improve productivity
Requirements
- 2+ years of exceptional customer service skills with empathy, compassion, and motivation to help patients
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Computer proficiency; the ability to create and modify presentations as needed
- Strong attention to detail; excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles
