The OpportunityJob Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our patient experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient support, including patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up
- Use impeccable communication skills to ensure a positive and seamless patient experience
- Master our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System 1Life
- Perform opening and closing duties, including maintaining the look and feel of our patient and employee-facing spaces
- Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in team problem-solving
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
- A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward-thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges
- Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously

The base pay for this position is $22.75 per hour, with a 1.25 differential for eligible extended hours.
