If so, the rewards can be outstanding Our dealership is currently seeking highly motivated, results-driven Internet-focused sales professionals to help develop, implement and administer our e-commerce platform while responding to sales leads and information requests generated through the dealership’s website. Our goal is to provide the best customer satisfaction in the industry while employing the best employees. The dealership has been in business since 1985 and is located in Gainesville, GA.



Responsibilities and Requirements


  • Engage with customers through various communication channels to promote automotive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize outbound sales techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette and communication skills to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Internet Sales experience preferred not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Strong understanding of automotive F&I
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and process-driven environment
  • Valid Georgia driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report.
  • Must consent to background and drug screening.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Working Environment & Physical Demands

Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
