  • Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, consultants, and administrators, to ensure timely and quality project deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Conduct workshops, design sessions, and meetings with clients to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Develop project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and standards during all phases of the project.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and consultants.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Qualification

  • Should have at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce.com certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) preferred.
  • Experienced in managing projects for large customers in financial services industry
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading Salesforce implementation project.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Solid project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior consulting experience and experience with Salesforce CPQ, Communities, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
