Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Salesforce Administrator to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Salesforce platform, overseeing user access, and leading key implementation initiatives. Your expertise will be vital in optimizing our Salesforce environment to align with our business objectives and improve user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Salesforce Administration: Oversee and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring peak performance for over 500 users across various departments.
  2. User Management: Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data access to ensure compliance with company policies.
  3. Implementation Projects: Lead and engage in Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring the successful rollout of new features and functionalities.
  4. Platform Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other ITSM and DevOps platforms, enhancing overall system efficiency.
  5. Data Management: Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to manage and optimize customer data, supporting targeted marketing efforts.
  6. Reverse ETL Technologies: Work with reverse ETL technologies to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems, improving data accuracy and accessibility.
  7. Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, promoting best practices and encouraging user adoption.

Qualifications:
  1. Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator certification is required; advanced certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator) are advantageous.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in administering Salesforce, particularly with a large user base of 500+ users.
  3. Technical Skills: Familiarity with ITSM and DevOps platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  4. Project Management: Demonstrated success in leading Salesforce implementation projects, with strong project management skills.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Understanding of reverse ETL technologies and the ability to integrate them within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  6. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively across departments and with all organizational levels.
