Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. As a remote position based in Phoenix, AZ, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Create and customize Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and Salesforce integrations.
  • System Integration: Develop and manage complex Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Data Management: Implement data models, security models, and data migration strategies. Perform data cleansing and validation tasks to ensure data integrity.
  • Customization & Configuration: Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to meet business requirements.
  • Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit tests, peer code reviews, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Deploy changes from sandbox to production environments using CI/CD tools.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for all customizations, configurations, and integrations.
  • Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security features.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, version control, and Salesforce deployment strategies.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I & II) is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
