The expected salary range for this position is between $75,000.00 and $150,000.00. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and a review of current market trends. - Design and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions utilizing Configuration and Customization techniques, including APEX Classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Streamline business processes through Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts.
- Facilitate integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, and Single Sign-On.
- Manage the migration of changes across development, testing, and production environments using Cloud technologies.
- Conduct independent code reviews and create unit/integration test cases.
- Oversee the verification and validation of software features through Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop technical documentation for new and existing Salesforce functionalities.
- Perform root cause analysis for technical issues reported by users.
- Collaborate effectively with production support teams and other IT departments for support and deployment.
- Analyze technical requirements for new features or enhancements.
- Provide development estimates to assist in prioritizing work and scheduling production releases.
- Monitor progress and report status and issues to project managers and user groups.
- Work with the Architecture Governance Team and Change Advisory Board to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Create automated testing scripts to enhance platform stability and meet organizational code coverage requirements.
- Utilize IT-managed source code repositories to track all modifications to custom code within enterprise systems.
- Engage with professionals at all levels, including management, to foster collaboration.
- Develop expertise in business areas related to requirements and solution definitions, understanding key business processes and success drivers.
- Coordinate with IT to ensure timely management and remediation of IT Controls in collaboration with other IT controls managers.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in full-lifecycle software development, including design and implementation.
- At least 5 years of experience working with the Salesforce CRM Platform as an Administrator or Software Engineer.
- Proven experience leading the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions in an enterprise setting.
- Strong knowledge of Sales and/or Service Cloud development, configuration, and custom development.
- Experience integrating with external systems using APIs, as well as third-party REST-based APIs.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, HTML/CSS, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, API Integrations, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and Lightning Flows.
- Salesforce Certification is preferred.
- Experience interacting with Product Owners and Business Leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey feedback, needs, and solutions.
- Strong focus on teamwork and the ability to promote collaboration within and across teams.
