Summary:

Work Truck Solutions is seeking a talented and creative Website Customization Specialist to join our Professional Services team. The Website Customization Specialist is responsible for working with commercial vehicle dealerships to create custom content pages for the dealer's commercial website. The ideal candidate will have a background in copywriting focusing on SEO and project implementation,, while also having excellent communication and customer service skills. Experience using AI to help with writing unique copy is strongly preferred. You'll play a key role in ensuring our customers get the best possible experience and return on investment (ROI) during the onboarding of our highest value customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Work with commercial dealerships to design custom content pages for the dealer's Work Truck Solutions commercial website
  • Work with the dealer to get to know their business in order to accurately write unique content for their custom pages
  • Walk through existing page templates or design new templates depending on the dealership's needs and wants
  • Consult with the dealer on styling and design options for pages, as well as, provide suggestions based on dealer’s retail site styling/branding as needed
  • Create unique copy with the goal of improving SEO for the dealership's commercial website
  • Keep detailed notes and maintain a project plan for each dealer being onboarded
  • Collaborate with the onboarding and customer service teams to ensure effective communication channels with the dealership
  • Regularly update internal teams on the status of content pages to facilitate a seamless onboarding and hand off process
  • Audit existing pages to determine whether or not they can be updated to provide better SEO
  • Assist with the implementation of other WTS professional service products when necessary

Qualifications:
  • Experience in copywriting with a focus on SEO
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy that is also informative and persuasive
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong project management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience using AI to help with writing unique copy will be weighed heavily
  • Experience working at a dealership or in the auto industry is a plus
