Position Summary:
As a Product Adoption Specialist, you will be instrumental in the effective launch and integration of new product features. Your role will serve as a vital link between product development, marketing, customer support, and other internal teams, ensuring our offerings are well-received and comprehended by both our staff and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Launch and Integration:
    • Collaborate with product teams throughout the development cycle to grasp new features and their implications.
    • Ensure the product team prepares all necessary documentation and training resources, and that all departments are adequately informed.
    • Work alongside marketing to coordinate dealer communications and promotional campaigns for new feature launches.
    • Engage with relevant departments (e.g., COD, development, product) to guarantee features are properly activated before dealer notifications.
  • Knowledge Management:
    • Develop and maintain a user-friendly, comprehensive knowledge base for dealers and internal personnel, addressing their product knowledge requirements.
    • Ensure all product information in the knowledge base is accurate, current, and aligned with existing product offerings.
    • Assist internal teams in creating and updating knowledge base articles pertinent to their functions.
    • Act as the internal subject matter expert on the knowledge base, providing guidance and support to other teams.
    • Promote the use of the knowledge base throughout the organization as a valuable self-service support resource.
  • Additional Duties:
    • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for enhancement in the knowledge base and product training materials.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in product adoption and knowledge management.
    • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of product launch processes and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively across various teams.
  • Proficiency in knowledge base software and content management systems.
