Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team at Klean Kanteen. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, while also supporting domestic dealers and sales managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, both internal and external
  • Support domestic dealers, reps, and sales managers with their customer service needs
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks related to customer service functions
  • Apply critical thinking skills to proactively support the sales organization
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product knowledge, problem-solving skills, and independent thinking
  • Aid in customer service coverage for the entire department, especially during meetings and out-of-office times for other team members
  • Promote Klean Kanteen initiatives on sustainability and help demonstrate and convey the company's vision and values
  • Apply vendor compliance knowledge to effectively execute all relevant requirements
  • Manage and execute projects as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Provide high-quality customer service to consumers, dealers, distributors, and rep agencies
  • Communicate, distribute, and manage all wholesale inquiries to the appropriate channel
  • Pre-vet wholesale customer inquiries and distribute them to the appropriate channel
  • Maintain inquiry records
  • Process and manage domestic wholesale orders
  • Meet bi-monthly with sales managers to collaborate and support sales goals and communication
  • Work directly with sales managers and sales reps to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Provide backup to all CS channels as assigned
Requirements
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work under short deadlines and in dynamic, potentially stressful customer service situations
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to understand and balance technical issues/solutions with time/cost/human factor
  • Ability to work independently, as a self-starter and self-motivated individual
  • Ability to navigate business internet etiquette and prioritize tasks as needed
