Product Enablement Specialist

Summary:
As the Product Enablement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and adoption of new product features. Your work will be the bridge that connects product development, marketing, customer support, and other internal teams, ensuring our products are well-received and understood by both our employees and customers.
Responsibilities
Product Launch and Enablement:
- Collaborate with product teams throughout the development cycle to understand new features and their impact
- Ensure the product team completes all necessary documentation and training materials and ensures that all departments have been properly educated.
- Partner with marketing to coordinate dealer communication and marketing campaigns for new feature rollouts
- Work with relevant departments (e.g., COD, development, product) to ensure features are properly enabled prior to dealer communication
- Build and maintain a user-friendly, comprehensive knowledge base for dealers and internal staff, addressing their product knowledge needs and questions
- Ensure all product information in the knowledge base is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with current product offerings
- Assist internal departments in creating and updating knowledge base articles relevant to their teams
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the knowledge base, providing guidance and support to other teams
- Advocate for the use of the knowledge base throughout the organization, promoting it as a valuable resource for self-service support
- Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement in the knowledge base and product training materials
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in product enablement and knowledge management
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product launch processes and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business) or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams
- Proficiency in knowledge base software and content management systems
