Otelier is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to drive our sales strategy and revenue growth in the U.S. market. As the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for understanding our journey and developing a comprehensive sales roadmap for your team. Your role will involve deep market engagement, product understanding, and driving accountability within our sales team. This is a critical leadership role, directly impacting the company's growth and market presence.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for your team that aligns with Otelier’s vision and long-term goals.
  • Lead and coach a diverse sales team, ensuring accountability and driving revenue.
  • Develop and implement strategies for deal reviews, optimizing sales cycles, and managing the pipeline effectively.
  • Deeply understand our market, products, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure the sales team is well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools.
  • Drive significant revenue growth through sales efforts.
  • Manage and optimize sales processes to close deals efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, sales enablement, and other internal teams to support sales efforts and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a sales leadership role, preferably within vertical market SaaS.
  • Strong experience in managing sales teams.
  • Ability to drive effective sales cycles and close deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team. Experience in driving accountability and performance within the team.
  • Experience with multi-line products and complex portfolios. Ability to articulate and sell diverse value propositions to different market segments (e.g., SMB, mid-market).
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Hospitality/hotel operation experience highly preferred.
  • Preference to candidates in GA.
