Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement scalable commercial programs to drive profitable growth for JAS' network and service portfolio.
  • Financial Management: Set, review, and implement revenue, gross profit, and cost budgets, ensuring effective cost control programs are in place.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide strategic direction for customer-facing resources to maximize sales revenue and gross profit.
  • Customer Retention: Implement strategies to drive customer retention and increase shares of wallets.
  • Marketing and Branding: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive vertical brand recognition and differentiate JAS in the marketplace.
Requirements
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory directives, and business models.
